Live delivery of specimens is guaranteed, unless customers demand unusual packing methods. If shipping delays result in fatalities we will replace animals lost or will issue a credit memo at our option. We cannot refund or issue credit for transportation charges. IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL AND REPLACEMENT SHIPMENTS, ALL TRANSPORTATION AND CONTAINER COSTS MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. Again, we cannot guarantee arrival times or dates. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF SHIPMENTS MUST BE PHONED IN WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. Animal sizes listed in the catalog represent averages, not the exact size of animal a customer can expect to receive. THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE IF YOU REQUIRE CUSTOM SIZING AND/OR PACKING OF ANIMALS. |
