Live delivery of specimens is guaranteed. If shipping delays result in fatalities we will replace animals lost or will issue a credit memo FOR THE ANIMAL COST at our option. In the event that your specimens arrive dead after excessive and unreasonable delays, PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY. We cannot refund or issue credit for transportation charges, but these will often be recovered if you file a claim immediately. IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL AND REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT, ALL TRANSPORTATION AND CONTAINER COSTS MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
Claims for damages or losses of shipment must be filed within 48 hours after the receipt of a shipment.
Animal sizes listed in the catalog represent averages not the exact size of animal a customer can expect to receive.
There will be an extra charge if you require custom sizing of animals.
